These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all purchases made to ALMABLISS (“ALMABLISS”, “we”, “us”). By placing your order with us you are accepting these Terms and Conditions. Where you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in full, you should not access the contents of this website and should cease using it immediately.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such amendments will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions regularly. By continuing to access or use the website after any such amendment, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions as amended.
1. ABOUT ALMABLISS
We are ALMABLISS, a sole proprietorship owned by Charikleia S. Vergi, registered in Greece at the General Commercial Registry. Our registered office is at Agias Varvaras 57, Aktaio, 265 04 Patras, Greece, and our Greek Tax Number is 079815597.

If we need to contact you, we will do so by telephone or by writing to you via the email address or postal address you have provided to us.
2. PRICES & DISCOUNTS
Our prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT. You don't pay for delivery in addition if your Order amount is over €90.
When you submit your Order, you are accepting to purchase the product(s) at the price set out in the Order, at the time of the Order. ALMABLISS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without notice but we guarantee to the buyer the application of the price agreed at the moment of the Order Confirmation.
Discount Codes and Vouchers cannot be combined with each other, do not apply to products on sale or on promotion, and can only be used once. All offers and promotions are dependent on stock availability and orders must be made prior to 11:59pm CET on the closing or expiry date of the Code (if one is specified).
3. PAYMENTS
At ALMABLISS, we offer a variety of convenient and secure payment options to make your shopping experience seamless. All our payment methods are encrypted and secure, ensuring the safety of your financial information during transactions. The online payment methods offered are shown during the Checkout process. Payments must be made by Credit Card, Debit Card or PayPal. You can choose from the following payment methods:

Debit Card/Credit Card: We accept major debit cards and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Visa Electron, Maestro, Cartes Bancaires and Discover. Simply enter your card details during Checkout to make your payment safely and securely.

PayPal: Safely and securely complete your purchase using your PayPal account. PayPal allows you to pay using your linked bank account, credit card, or PayPal balance. If you chose PayPal as your payment method, at the end of the Checkout process you will be automatically directed to PayPal's website to make your payment.
Payment must be made before the Order is confirmed. If we are unable to accept or fulfil your Order for any reason then we will refund any money paid by you in respect of the Order. We will not dispatch the product(s) until we receive payment in full.
For payment by card, all credit or debit cardholders and bank account holders respectively may be dependent on authorisation and authentication. If the issuer of your payment card or our payments service provider refuses to or does not for any reason authorise or validate the payment, we will not be liable in these circumstances for any delay or non-delivery in respect of the product(s) which you have ordered as a result.
Your payment details are not saved anywhere on the site. They are passed securely to our payments processor for authorisation by your bank or payment provider. Those methods also ensure that no piece of information can be used by any disinterested party, as they are based on protected algorithms, transmitting encrypted information, so that it is only visible for bank entities.
Please note that the availability of payment methods may vary depending on your location and other factors. If your currency is different from Euros then the payments system will normally automatically make the currency conversion based on the current Exchange Rate. Currency fluctuations and Card charges may affect the total amount billed on your Card/Bank Account. We are not responsible for any currency fluctuations or additional charges made by your card issuer/bank account.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery Costs and Delivery Times based on the country of destination are shown on this link. All orders are prepared by us within 24 hours (during working days only) from the payment / order confirmation date. As soon as an order is dispatched, a Confirmation Email is sent to the customer including a Tracking Number, that allows the customer to track their order. Every status update will be notified to the customer. If needed, the Courier Company may contact the customer via the telephone number that they have provided.
Estimated delivery times to the customer's address are displayed during the Checkout and are calculated in working days from the Order Date. Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday. Transit times are indicative; the exact transit time may differ from the standard depending on the accessibility of the delivery area, on the day of the week or on any unpredicted / emergency situations. During peak seasons courier companies may experience a slight delay in delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the products have left us and are in possession of the courier.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
ALMABLISS accepts returns and exchanges up to 14 calendar days after the Delivery Date. The customer may ask for a return (with a refund) or for an exchange in the following two scenarios:

The customer received the product damaged, faulty or it did not match the listing description: In the unlikely event of this happening, we will issue a refund to the customer and we will pay for the shipping costs of the returned product from the customer to ALMABLISS.

The product is in an unused and perfect condition but the customer has changed his/her mind and wishes to return it and get a refund: In this case we will issue a refund to the customer for the price of the product but the customer is responsible for supporting the shipping costs of the returned product from the customer to ALMABLISS.
Returns should include the product with any other items that came with it (box and/or pouch). Returns should be trackable and the customer should provide ALMABLISS a Tracking Number once the product is dispatched to ALMABLISS’s address. Any refund or exchange will only be issued once ALMABLISS receives the returned product.
All products must be counted and checked at the time of delivery. Any damage, faults or product mismatch must be reported on receipt of the products within 48 hours of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. In order to return and/or exchange a product, the customer must first send an email to enquiries@almabliss.com explaining the request and situation, including the Order Number, the Name of the Product and its SKU code (as shown on the Order Confirmation). If the product was received damaged, faulty or did not match the listing description then the customer needs to include evidence of that on the email message including photo(s) and/or video(s) attached. The request will be acknowledged by ALMABLISS via email within 2 working days. The customer will then receive further guidance and all the instructions to follow by email.
Regarding scenario 2 above, the product to be returned must be in perfect condition, without any signs of use and with the original box/pouch/packaging, otherwise no refund may be accepted. It is the customer's responsibility to provide suitable packaging to ensure that the product reaches ALMABLISS in perfect condition. If the product is not received in perfect condition, the refund may not be processed.
Products purchased during sales or promotion campaigns will be refunded according to the conditions of the campaign. If the partial or total return of an order invalidates the promotion under which the purchase was made, ALMABLISS reserves the right to make the refund by recalculating the discounts of the order applying the conditions in force at the time of making the purchase.
No credit or refund will be given for any losses due to the incorrect storage or handling by the customer of any products supplied by ALMABLISS. Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses howsoever arising out of any problem you notify us of under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the products in question.
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us if, in the unlikely scenario, we find that we have insufficient stock to deliver the products you have ordered, or one or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error. If we do cancel the contract between you and us, we will notify you by e-mail and will recredit your account any sum deducted by us. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for any disappointment caused.
