To the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar deliveries are FREE of charge for orders over €190. The Delivery Cost is confirmed during the Checkout process after you enter your address and before you decide to make the payment.

Deliveries to countries within the European Union and to the United Kingdom normally take 1 to 3 working days from the Order Date. Deliveries to the United States of America, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar normally take 2 to 4 working days from the Order Date.

ALMABLISS accepts returns and exchanges up to 14 calendar days after the Delivery Date. The customer may ask for a return (with a refund) or for an exchange in the following two scenarios:

Scenario 1: The customer received the product damaged, faulty or it did not match the listing description: In the unlikely event of this happening, we will issue a refund to the customer and we will pay for the shipping costs of the returned product from the customer to ALMABLISS.

Scenario 2: The product is in an unused and perfect condition but the customer has changed his/her mind and wishes to return it and get a refund: In this case we will issue a refund to the customer for the price of the product but the customer is responsible for supporting the shipping costs of the returned product from the customer to ALMABLISS.
