Our Tips
Jewellery Care
- Keep your jewels away from things like creams, perfume, and makeup, as these can dull their shine.
- Remove your jewels before hopping into the bath or pool. Chlorine, saltwater, and sand can be rough on them.
- Remove your jewels before hitting the gym or engaging in any physical activity to prevent damage from sweat and impact.
- Sleeping with your jewels on might lead to unintentional damage. Best to take it off before going to bed.
- Store your jewels in a clean, dry, and cool spot. Keep them away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight to maintain their luster.

Jewellery Cleaning
Soapy Scrub: Make a mild soapy mixture with lukewarm water and gently scrub your jewels with a soft toothbrush. Toothbrushes are handy for getting into tricky corners.
Rinse Right: If dirt persists, repeat the process with clean water. Be cautious with gold-plated items; scrub gently to prevent plating loss.
Shine with Cloth: For darkened jewellery, a special silver-polishing cloth works wonders. Keep in mind, though, it won’t fix scratches or dents.
Jewellery Storing
Shade and Coolness: Keep your jewels away from sunlight and warm spots. Store them in a padded jewellery box, tarnish-resistant bag, or individual airtight plastic bags.
Avoid Rubber: Don’t use rubber containers; they speed up tarnishing and can darken your jewels.
No Humid Hangouts: Never store your jewels in bathrooms or humid places. Moisture can damage them.
ALMABLISS Note: ALMABLISS boxes and pouches are not airtight, so they’re not ideal for long-term storage. Lack of use may also cause colour changes.
