What countries do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to all countries in the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States of America and are working to enlarge the number of countries we deliver to. If your country is not on the list below please express your interest by sending us an email to [email protected].

What is the delivery cost and how long does it take for me to receive my order?
Deliveries are FREE of charge for orders over €90 to countries within the European Union and to the United States of America. To the United Kingdom deliveries are FREE of charge for orders over €190.
During the Checkout process, you will see information regarding the estimated delivery time for your country. Orders are delivered to your address by DHL Express and for countries within the European Union and the United Kingdom the normal delivery time is 1 to 3 working days from the Order Date. Orders to the United States of America usually take 2 to 4 working days from the Order Date.

How do I track my order?
To ensure that you can easily track your orders, we provide a convenient way for you to stay updated. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link that allows you to track the progress of your shipment directly. If you have any inquiries or need to provide additional information regarding the delivery of your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us. In case the tracking information has not been updated, we recommend checking again after 24 hours to allow the courier to remotely manage your shipment and provide the most accurate details.
Will my order get stuck in Customs and will the authorities of my country demand me to pay for Customs Duties and/or Taxes?
No, you do not need to pay any additional charge and will not be asked to pay for any Customs Duties and/or Taxes. ALMABLISS pays for any Customs Duties and/or Taxes for your country, if applicable. We use an extra service provided by DHL Express and they sort this out for us.
