How do I do the Checkout?
It is easy and quick to do the Checkout. Once you click on the button “Checkout” (either from a Product page or from the Cart page) there are 4 steps to conclude the checkout and payment process, all provided in a logical sequence for convenience. Fields with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
Step 1 – Enter the Customer information details and the Delivery address details (and then click on “Continue” to move to Step 2)
Step 2 – Select the Delivery Method (and then click on “Continue” to move to Step 3)
Step 3 – Select the Payment Method and provide the information requested (and then click on “Continue” to move to Step 4)
Step 4 – Review the order details and click on “Place Order & Pay” to make the payment and end the Checkout process.
Do I need to create an Account in order to complete the Checkout/Payment process?
No, you don’t need to create an Account. The creation of an Account is optional. However, if you create an Account you can manage your details centrally from within your Account page and the Checkout/Payment process will be quicker and easier. This is particularly useful and convenient when you make multiple orders.
Are payments secure on your website?
Yes, payments are secure on our website. We take data privacy and security of payment information very seriously. Our website is compliant with the highest Payment Card Industry Data Standards, supported by anti-fraud protection, to safeguard payment information and protect transactions.
Our website uses industry-standard encryption technology (SSL) to protect your personal and financial data during the checkout process. Data in transit encryption uses HTTPS, TLS 1.2+ and automatic SSL, while data at rest uses AES-256 which is the strongest encryption standard commercially available.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently support Credit/Debit Card payments and PayPal payments. We accept multiple cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Americal Express, Diners, Visa Electron, Maestro, Cartes Bancaires and Discover. We plan to accept even more payment methods in the future.
What currency will I be billed in?
Our prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT. The invoice is in Euros (€).
What happens if my currency is different from Euros?
If your currency is different from Euros then the payments system will normally automatically make the currency conversion based on the current Exchange Rate. Currency fluctuations and Card charges may affect the total amount billed on your Card/Bank Account. We are not responsible for any currency fluctuations or additional charges made by your card issuer/bank account. Our Invoice is in Euros.
How do I know if my payment was successful?
If you chose to pay with a Card: At the end of the Checkout, after you click on the button “Place Order & Pay”, you will be directed to an ALMABLISS webpage thanking you for your purchase and displaying your order and delivery details, including your Order Number.
If you chose to pay with PayPal: At the end of the Checkout, after you click on the button “Place Order & Pay”, you will be automatically directed to PayPal’s website where you will need to logon with your PayPal account and make the actual payment. Once that is done, you will be directed to an ALMABLISS webpage thanking you for your purchase and displaying your order and delivery details, including your Order Number.
In both cases, shortly after the “Thank You” message on the ALMABLISS website, will also receive a confirmation email (sent from “ALMABLISS”). In the event that you cannot find this email confirmation message please check if it is in your Spam and/or Junk email folders.
Do I need to pay any additional costs due to any Customs Duties and/or Taxes?
No, your total price to pay is the one you see at the checkout before you make your payment. You will not be requested to pay any additional charges related to Customs Duties and/or Taxes.
If your address is within the European Union then there aren’t any Customs Duties or Taxes to pay in addition as we dispatch all orders from within the European Union.
If your address is in the United Kingdom or in the United States of America ALMABLISS will pay any Customs Duties and/or Taxes when the order arrives at the customs of your country. This promptly done through an extra service we pay DHL Express.
Why has my payment failed or been declined? What should I do?
There are several reasons why a card payment may be declined. Some of the most frequent reasons include:
1) Incorrect payment information provided – Please re-enter carefully your card information ensuring it is accurate (Card Number, Cardholder’s Name, Expiry Date, CVV Code and Billing Address). Ensure that the Billing Address matches the information that the bank has on file for that card.
2) Lack of funds or hold on the card – Please check if you have enough funds on your account or have reached your credit limit.
3) Cancelled or expired card – Please check if your card has been cancelled or has expired. If so, please retry to make the payment with another card that is active.
4) Payment blocked by a fraud detection system – Your bank may block a transaction if it suspects fraud might be involved. Please contact your bank to check the reason for the payment decline and to clarify that the owner of the card is genuinely trying to make this payment. Alternatively, you may wish to try to use a different card.
If, for some reason, your payment is declined you may wish to try another payment method. Payments on our site are secure.
